Westpac Restorations dedicated welding shop has the capabilities for spot welding of aluminum, steel and stainless steel, gas welding of aluminum, shielded metal arc welding, oxy and acetylene welding, tig welding, and mig welding.
WestPac Restorations does it own aluminum spot welding in house and produces the welding to the original manufactures quality and standards. This allows for accuracy and originality of work yet keeping with the aviation safety standards, not some commercial spot welding company's standards.
Original processes are replicated including the art of aluminum gas welding. In many cases gas welding is a necessity in order to anneal the metal while welding in lieu of the more modern heli arc welding.
WestPac Restorations specializes in building all of their own assembly fixtures, assuring accuracy and precision for all of your restoration needs.
